By booking an appointment with The Polished Peach, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Please read carefully before booking.

 

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are available by booking only. Please arrive on time and provide a valid phone number and email address for confirmations and reminders.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

 

Repeated late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

 

NO-SHOWS

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. A non-refundable deposit may also be required to book future appointments.

 

By booking an appointment and providing a payment method, you authorize The Polished Peach to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the policy presented to you at the time of booking.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving late may shorten your service time. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a $15 fee.

 

A card on file is required to secure your appointment and may be charged according to the policy above.

 

SUGARING PREPARATION

For the best results:

• Allow hair to grow for 2–3 weeks after shaving, or until it is about ¼ inch long.

• Do not shave, trim, wax, tweeze, or use hair-removal creams before your appointment.

• Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your service, but not on the day of your appointment.

• Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid oils, lotions, and heavy products.

• Avoid sun exposure, tanning, spray tans, strenuous exercise, and excessive heat for at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

• Do not book if the treatment area is sunburned, irritated, broken, bruised, or unusually sensitive.

Please disclose any medications, skincare products, recent procedures, allergies, or skin conditions that may affect your service.

 

SKIN & HEALTH DISCLOSURE

Sugaring may need to be postponed if the skin is irritated, sunburned, broken, or otherwise unsuitable for treatment. The Polished Peach reserves the right to refuse or modify a service when necessary for your safety.

 

AFTERCARE

For the first 24–48 hours after your service:

• Avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming, tanning, strenuous exercise, and excessive sweating.

• Avoid tight clothing and excessive friction.

• Avoid sexual activity after intimate services if the area feels sensitive or irritated.

• Do not use perfumes, fragranced products, oils, or harsh products on the treated area.

• Avoid exfoliating for at least 48 hours.

After 48 hours, gently exfoliate 2–3 times per week and moisturize with a gentle, fragrance-free product. Do not pick, scratch, or squeeze bumps or ingrown hairs.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be listed during booking.

 

REFUND POLICY

All services are final sale and non-refundable once completed. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact The Polished Peach within 24 hours so we can discuss the issue and determine the best way to assist you.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The Polished Peach reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for safety, hygiene, inappropriate conduct, contraindications, failure to disclose information relevant to the service, or violation of studio policies.

 

CLIENT CONSENT

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to The Polished Peach’s policies and will provide accurate information during your intake process.
